Mann-Whitney U test was used to analyse days from onset to hospitalisation, SpO2/FiO2 on admission, worst oxygenation day and worst CT image of the chest day. T-test was used to analyse length of hospital stay. Fisher’s exact test was used to analyse disease severity on admission, deterioration of oxygenation during hospitalisation, deterioration of CT images of the chest during hospitalisation, deterioration of oxygenation or CT images of the chest during hospitalisation and increased severity.
