3 | The research project must comply with national and institutional guidelines for research integrity. |
4 | The outcomes of the research project can be shared publicly under an open licence or become the property of the research organisation. |
5 | The funding party can be mentioned in communication about the research project without permission. |
6 | The funding party can only mention the affiliation with the research organisation or researcher in external communication on approval of the researcher. |
7 | Non-disclosure clauses cannot have consequences for the possibility to disseminate the conclusions drawn from the research project. |
